Terms & Conditions of Promotion:

This trip is transferable but the award cannot be used in conjunction with any of our incentive programs. Each reward earned is valid for one year from completion of associated incentive program. After that year has elapsed, the reward expires.

Award Level is determined by the gross volume of the incentive program
(min. 2 - max. 7 nights) and is determined by Innovative Incentives, Inc.
at its sole discretion.

All Four Seasons Resort locations are eligible, however, some restrictions on
dates may apply. Dates near major holidays or during conventions are usually not
available on this special offer. The vacation may also be subject to the
availability of accommodations at the Four Seasons Resort chosen.
Innovative Incentives, Inc. can not guarantee your first choice of location
and/or dates will be available. However, as this is a good-will promotion,
EVERY effort to meet your requests will be made.

One room for two adults is offered.
No persons under the age of 21 are eligible for this offer.

Airfare is not included, but prorated air credits apply on all but the two lowest
levels of the program as determined by Innovative Incentives, Inc.
at its sole discretion. Transportation while on vacation and meals are
