Mission Statement

We at Innovative Incentives, Inc. pledge to support the causes of children’s health and literacy, environmental protection and conservation, assisting the homeless and hungry, and veteran services.  We feel that this range of causes reflects our values and allows us to focus our support on critical needs that benefit both the intended recipients and the community at large. Through the betterment of children’s lives, advocacy for the environment, aid to those who need basic necessities such as food and shelter, and care of our disabled veterans, we make a difference.

Planned Giving

Currently, we support charities and organizations that match the goals of our Social Responsibility Mission Statement.  Our donations to the National Youth Advocacy Coalition, SafeHomes Program of Worcester, Mercy Center, and Childreach help feed, educate, and protect children and better their lives. In 2008, we will be incorporating new planned giving to the Jimmy Fund and to Children’s Hospital Boston, which furthers our jimmy-fund.gifdesire to support research for children’s health issues and care for sick children in our community and across the region.

Support of prominent veterans charities and organizations such as Disabled American Veterans, Eastern Paralyzed Veterans (United Spinal Association), and the Massachusetts Veterans, Inc. allow us to keep our promise to our veterans that we will not forget nor take for granted their contributions to our country’sPartner_CarbonFree-for-WEB_big.jpgcontinued success.

Our partnership with Carbonfund enables us to offset our carbon emissions and combat global warming in a conscientious way, while furthering public education on environmental issues.

Environmental Protection Measures

Innovative Incentives, Inc. headquarters in Barre, Massachusetts follows strict best practices guidelines specific to paper consumption, energy usage, and recycling. We have initiated a less-paper policy, which outlines guidelines for reducing paper waste and ways to reuse paper supplies. We follow best practices for reducing energy consumption in the office and encourage all our employees and staff to be conscientious of their behaviors and activities in the office. We have also started a ride-share program, which allows our staff an easy way to coordinate carpools for both special events we attend and for everyday rides to work. We have the appropriate recycling containers in our office kitchen and public areas, and encourage our neighbors to recycle as well.
