Paul N. Dion, President

Paul is a co-founder of Innovative Incentives and has worked tirelessly to improve services and the company's image in the business community. Paul currently oversees our Human Resources Department, IT operations, as well as functioning as CFO. He has a passion for new computer technologies and, of course, for world travel! Paul has lived in many countries across the globe and his experiences often play a part in our program design. When Paul isn’t busy updating our website or internal phone systems, he enjoys playing the keyboard and taking care of his hobby farm.

Allen Dion, Director of Sales

Allen is a co-founder of the company and its driving force. His vision and enthusiasm for travel and incentives inspires the whole staff. With a keen eye for detail and over thirty years experience in the travel industry, Allen can design world class incentives in his sleep! Even with his VP status, he stays hands-on, working day to day with clients and delivering many programs throughout the year. Allen maintains a group of very loyal clients who know they can count on him for superb service and attentiveness. His long-term commitment to providing great service is validated year after year with repeat business. When Allen finds free time in his busy schedule, he loves to walk, sing Sinatra standards, and give to his favorite charities.

Sarah McMaster, Director of Marketing

Sarah joined the company in 2005, and has worked since then to bring in new business, increase name recognition, and revitalize our corporate culture. Sarah works closely with Allen to market and deliver high quality incentive travel services. With degrees in anthropology and archaeology, Sarah brings a thorough knowledge of world cultures to the company, which infuses our programs with rich cultural experiences. Sarah’s favorite ongoing project is our new green options campaign, which offers clients eco-friendly options to offset carbon usage or use organic vendors for events. When off the clock, Sarah enjoys fine dining, flea markets, and spending time with her two year old son.

Jason McMaster, Senior Account Executive

Jason excels in the hospitality industry, with his charming personality and ability to please every client. He recently joined the company and has many years of experience with account management and customer service. With backgrounds in both group travel and food & beverage services, Jason brings Innovative Incentives a new resource in planning and implementing sumptuous reception events and choosing exquisite menus for all our incentive programs. When not at work, Jason enjoys all things culinary, fine wines, and the occasional round of golf.

Deanne Keddy, Account Executive

Deanne brings enthusiasm and friendly service to work with her everyday. We often find her on the phone, speaking with clients about their needs and problem solving the various details and arrrangements of an incentive program.  When she is not in the office, Deanne enjoys home decorating and, of course, travel!
